Terms of Service
DD Consulting Pty Ltd · ABN 65 646 596 867 · Last updated 29 September 2026
Please read these terms before using our website. They cover how you may use the Site and its content; our consulting engagements are governed by a separate agreement.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website ddconsult.com.au (the “Site”) operated by DD Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 65 646 596 867). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Consulting and engineering engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
2. Information, not advice
Content on the Site — including frameworks, assessments, case studies, briefings and AI-generated guidance — is general information for Australian and international business audiences. It is not legal, financial, regulatory or professional advice and should not be relied on as such. You should obtain advice specific to your circumstances before acting.
Case study outcomes are client-specific and are not a guarantee of future performance. References to cloud provider funding or co-investment programs are subject to the provider’s eligibility criteria and are never guaranteed.
3. Assessment and AI features
The AI & Digital Maturity Assessment and the AskDD assistant generate indicative outputs from the inputs you provide. They are provided “as is” to help you orient a conversation with us, may contain errors or omissions, and are not a substitute for a scoped diagnostic engagement.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Cognitive Transformation & AI Maturity Framework™, the Transformation Operating System, the Behavioral AI Productization Engine™, the DD AI Viability Protocol™, text, graphics, code and design — are owned by or licensed to DD Consulting and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not reproduce, adapt, scrape, train machine-learning models on, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the security or operation of the Site, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to access.
- Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content through our forms or assistant.
- Do not use automated means to extract Site content at scale, other than search-engine indexing in accordance with our robots.txt.
6. Third-party links and tools
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example AskDD, ServAI, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google). We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites and tools; their own terms apply.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind, and DD Consulting excludes liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or service.
8. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at ddconsult.com.au/privacy-policy/.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and the Site at any time; changes take effect when published. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
